Return Process

  Log into your VOGRACE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
